EXTROVERSION vs INTROVERSION
E versus I within Meyers Briggs explores the ideas of extroversion and introversion. These ideas describe how individuals respond and interact to the world around them. We all tend to exhibit both extroversion and introversion, but there is generally a preference for one or the other.
Extroverts tend to be socially active frequently, and gain energy after spending time with other people. Extroversion is generally described as feeling drained if they have not seen people in awhile. Introverts tend to be socially active less frequently, and lose energy after spending large amounts of time with other people.
